Colors of Hope -9x12 original

$800.00

My 'Colors of Hope' features 27 different colors hand stitched using a satin stitch. I saw lots of funky rainbows in it while stitching and rainbows also speak of hope to me. It started out as one of the designs in my Brilliant Brains pin collection, then became a coloring page in my coloring book and I couldn't help but stitch it up.

It took a very long time to complete the stitching. Once the embroidery was completed, I stretched it onto an 9x12 set of gallery wrapped stretcher bars and painted the background with acrylic paint. I couldn't help myself at got some funky little square dots happening around the edge. Designed with 1.5 inch gallery wrap painted edges so it needs no frame. Ships free by insured priority mail anywhere in the U.S. Prints also available.
